The rooms were spacious with sea views. I liked the activities scheduled and the gym on the hotel. The private beach had everything needed. The water was clean. I found the staff friendly.

The restaurant was far from the rooms. Many stairs were present. It was exhausting to climb in the humidity. I also found the restaurant food to be average and expensive. Mosquitoes were abundant, I got bitten badly at night.

the resort location is great, with easy access to the beach.

I found the staff to be quite inexperienced. the shuttle service from the pier was not provided, even though i had confirmed my arrival time. the restaurant food was a real letdown. Nothing i ordered seemed worth repeating.

The room felt quite DARK, even during the day. I found some MOLD in the bathroom near the shower. These issues detracted from an otherwise decent experience. Maintenance in these areas requires ATTENTION. These problems should be addressed to improve guest satisfaction.

I adored the free snorkeling gear! It made exploring the vibrant coral reef right off the beach very convenient. Happy hour at the pool bar was fantastic with refreshing drinks. The yoga class was an additional unexpected and pleasant activity. It helped me unwind.
